Welcome from the Client Services Manager

My name is Lou Perillo and I want to welcome you and wish you well on your educational journey here at John Jay College. As director of Client Services, my goal is to provide you with the Information Technology support, services and assistance you need, should an issue or question arise about the technology here at John Jay College. I oversee The DoIT HelpDesk which is the central hub for all services and communication provided by the Department of Information Technology. It is operated by a dedicated and trained staff that is ready to assist you. It is open for assistance 7 days week while classes are in session.
