The hunt for the serial killer who is in charge of the violent unrest in and around the Utah, Colorado, Idaho, California and mainly Washington area, Finally ended! Theodore Robert Cowell was brought into custody in Pensacola, Florida on several accounts of murder and aggravated kidnapping. For more than a decade, Ted Bundy had been terrorizing the Pacific. On August 16, 1975, Bundy was captured for the first time. He became the number one suspect to the killing of over 30 women. Women along the Pacific coast were relieved. Soon, they would discover that in a matter of days he would escape and begin his killing spree again. This happened three times until he was finally captured and sentenced to death row. On June 2nd, 1986 Bundy gained six more years to live. He was given his final sentence on December 24, 1988. He was put on the electric chair on January 24, 1989. Michaud and Aynesworth are reporters and an investigator that interviewed Bundy while he was awaiting his sentence. Bundy tries to show how smart he is. He tell Michaud and Aynesworth about everything that he had done in his life; a pen portrait but not written. Instead of Michaud and Aynesworth trying to figure out what he is really like Bundy tries to explain is action. Michaud walks us through every crime that Bundy admitted committing. Still, we will never know how many women Ted Bundy really murdered.
