Unlike nearly every other assignment in this course, this assignment has no assignment number. Look for "citicertification" link under assignment submission. You do not need to rename the certificate, but you do need to upload the certificate to Blackboard.

go to: https://www.citiprogram.org/

Step B

Create an account as a new user (look for the "register" button)

Step C

Under "Select Your Organization Affiliation," type in "City University of New York"

You will be asked a series of questions here. Some of these might not be immediately obvious. So, to help you out:

your institutional email is your John Jay e-mail address

You do NOT need "banner number"

Your department is "History"

Your role is "Student Researcher--Undergraduate"

You want to take the "
Take the Human Subjects Basic Course"

And the

HSR for Undergraduate Students:

Step D

Click on “Add a course or update your learner groups”

Step E

Select "Human Subjects Basic Course" for the curriculum you want to complete

Step F

Complete the required modules and take the on-line test(s) that follow.

Step G

You will be given a report that you will need to upload to Blackboard. You can take a screenshot and upload it; or you can print the report as a pdf and upload that; or you can copy the report to a file and upload that file
